Previously, he co-founded Portabl, a financial identitythat respects privacy, and a confidential fraud-signalingnetwork. They raised a $3.2M seed round in 2022, andexited to a tier‑one identity platform (Prove) in 2025.

Then he and Max co-founded Tenebrae,a DeFi protocol serving a compliance andconfidentiality layer for regulated institutions.

Earlier, as CTO at Spherity, he ran a team of 20 people.He built governance solutions in logistics & supply chain,pharma compliance, and automotive for governments,transnational enterprises, and regulated institutions.

His prior work includes leadership roles on:the FX derivatives team at UBS, an investment bank;finance teams at ConsenSys, an Ethereum incubator;the intl. team at JustEat, a global food marketplace.
